Message	your car when he parked. I would think if he did, and you can see your paint on his truck that he would have moved his truck to another spot. In any event, take pics of both vehicles as fast as you can, then call the police to file a report, then you can confront the person and see what their attitude is and go from there. I'm also amazed that the non speaking Mexican neighbor did not know if his neighbor had auto insurance. LOL I know it sucks right now and you're probably not thinking clearly, but that statement was funny. Good luck.
